目的 研究雷公藤多苷聯(lián)合塞來昔布治療類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床效果。方法 選擇2014年1月-2015年12月在西安市第五醫(yī)院進(jìn)行診治的類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者60例，隨機(jī)分為兩組，每組各30例。對照組口服塞來昔布治療，每次200 mg，每天2次；觀察組聯(lián)合口服雷公藤多苷片治療，每次20 mg，每天3次。兩組均治療3個月。比較兩組的臨床治療效果，觀察治療前后的血清C反應(yīng)蛋白、類風(fēng)濕因子和紅細(xì)胞沉降率，血清白介素-6、腫瘤壞死因子-α以及白介素-23水平。結(jié)果 觀察組的有效率為93.33%（28/30），明顯高于對照組的73.33%（22/30），差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組的血清C反應(yīng)蛋白、類風(fēng)濕因子和紅細(xì)胞沉降率均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組明顯低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組的白介素-6、腫瘤壞死因子-α以及白介素-23均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組明顯低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組的不良反應(yīng)率相比無明顯差異。結(jié)論 雷公藤多苷聯(lián)合塞來昔布治療類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床效果明顯優(yōu)于單純使用西藥塞來昔布治療，是一種安全有效的治療方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tripterysium Glycosides combined with celecoxib in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Selected 60 cases of patients with SAP who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with celecoxib, each time 200 mg, 2 times a day; the observation group was treated with oral Tripterysium Glycosides, 20mg per day, 3 times a day. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The serum C reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, serum interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-23 levels were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% (28/30), significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33% (22/30) (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum C reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the observation group was more obvious (P<0.05). The levels of interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-23 in the two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the observation group was more obvious (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of Tripterysium Glycosides combined with celecoxib in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better than that of western medicine celecoxib alone.
