[摘要]
目的 探討注射用丹參多酚酸對腦梗死的療效及對血清神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S-100β蛋白的影響。方法 選擇2016年1月-2018年1月保定市第一中心醫(yī)院接診的急性腦梗死患者100例,按照入院時(shí)間先后順序分為對照組和觀察組,每組50例。對照組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用銀杏葉提取物注射液(舒血寧)靜脈滴注,觀察組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用注射用丹參多酚酸靜脈滴注。療程均為14 d。比較兩組療效,治療前后血清NSE、S-100β蛋白的變化及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組和對照組在治療前NIHSS評分無顯著差異;在治療14 d后,兩組NIHSS評分水平均顯著低于治療前,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。且觀察組NIHSS下降值明顯大于對照組,觀察組NIHSS水平低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療前NSE、S-100β水平在觀察組和對照組間均無顯著差異;在治療14 d后,兩組NSE、S-100β水平均顯著下降,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),且觀察組NSE、S-100β水平下降值大于對照組,下降后NSE、S-100β水平低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸治療腦梗死效果良好,能有效降低NSE、S-100β蛋白水平。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effect of Salvianolic Acids for Injection on neuron-specific enolase (NSE) cytokines, S-100β protein and its curative effect in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted during January 2016 and January 2017 were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) according to admission time. Based on conventional therapy, the control group was injected with extract of Ginkgo Biloba leaf intravenously, while the observation group was injected with Salvianolic Acids for Injection intravenously. The course of treatment in the two groups was 14 d. The curative effect, changes of serum NSE and S-100β protein, and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups before and after the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the observation group and the control group before treatment. After 14 days of treatment, the NIHSS score level of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and there was significant difference between the same group before and after treatment (P<0.05). The decrease of NIHSS in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the level of NIHSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of NSE and S-100β had no significant difference between salvianolic acid group and control group. After 14 days of treatment, the levels of NSE and S-100β in both groups decreased significantly, and there was significant difference before and after treatment in the same group (P<0.05). The levels of NSE and S-100β in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the levels of NSE and S-100β in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for Injection in treatment of cerebral infarction has good curative effect. It can effectively and reduce NSE and S-100β protein levels.
