[摘要]
目的 研究注射用丹參多酚酸對(duì)急性缺血性腦卒中患者肢體功能及神經(jīng)功能的影響。方法 選取許昌市中心醫(yī)院急性缺血性腦卒中患者92例作為研究對(duì)象,按隨機(jī)抽簽法分為觀察組、對(duì)照組,各46例。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)治療,給予抗血小板聚集、降脂穩(wěn)斑、控制血壓、血糖等藥物;觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上采取注射用丹參多酚酸治療,靜脈滴注,0.13 g/次,1次/d,均治療14 d。比較兩組治療效果;采用簡(jiǎn)式運(yùn)動(dòng)功能量表(FMA)評(píng)定治療前后患者肢體功能;采用美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)評(píng)定神經(jīng)功能缺損;進(jìn)行日常生活能力(ADL)評(píng)分。結(jié)果 觀察組總有效率為91.30%,較對(duì)照組73.91%顯著升高(P<0.05);治療前,兩組FMA、NIHSS、ADL評(píng)分無(wú)明顯差異;治療14 d后,兩組FMA、ADL評(píng)分顯著升高,NIHSS評(píng)分顯著降低,與治療前比較差異顯著(P<0.05);觀察組FMA、ADL評(píng)分較對(duì)照組明顯升高,NIHSS評(píng)分較對(duì)照組明顯降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸應(yīng)用于急性缺血性腦卒中治療,治療效果顯著,顯著改善患者肢體功能、神經(jīng)功能,有效提高日常生活能力。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effects of salvianolic acid for injection on limb function and neurological function in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were divided into observation group and control group by random sampling method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid on the basis of the control group. After 14 days of treatment, the treatment effects, limb function (FMA) score, neurological deficit (NIHSS) score, and daily living ability (ADL) score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30% (42/46), which was higher than that of the control group (73.91% (34/46)). There was no significant difference in the FMA, NIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups before treatment. After 14 days of treatment, the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvia polyphenolic acid for injection can be used in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. It can achieve significant therapeutic effects, significantly improve limb function and nerve function, and effectively improve daily living ability. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
