目的 觀察注射用丹參多酚酸聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療應(yīng)激消化潰瘍合并急性缺血性卒中臨床效果。方法 選擇齊齊哈爾醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第一醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科2017年10月-2018年8月收治的應(yīng)激消化潰瘍合并急性缺血性卒中住院患者60例，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，每組30例。對(duì)照組采用參芎葡萄糖注射液200 mL，奧美拉唑40 mg、1次/d靜滴治療，觀察組丹參多酚酸0.13 g，奧美拉唑40 mg、1次/d靜滴治療，均治療14 d。分別采用神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分（NIHSS）和意識(shí)水平量表（GCS）判定療效。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組神經(jīng)功能改善的總有效率為83.3%，高于對(duì)照組的63.3%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組意識(shí)水平改善的總有效率為80.0%，高于對(duì)照組的53.3%，兩組比較差異有有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組再出血潰瘍率為6.6%，低于對(duì)照組的26.6%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療應(yīng)激消化潰瘍合并急性缺血性卒中患者的神經(jīng)功能和意識(shí)水平均顯著改善，且再出血潰瘍率降低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Salvianolic Acids for Injection (SAFI) combined with omeprazole on stress peptic ulcer complicated with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients of stress peptic ulcer complicated with acute ischemic stroke in the Frist Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from October 2017 to August 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received intravenous drip of Shenxiong Glucose Injection 200 mL, omeprazole 40 mg, qd. The patients in the treatment group were treated with intravenous drip of SAFI 0.13 g, omeprazole 40 mg, qd. The two groups were treated for two weeks. Before and after treatment, Glasgow (GCS) and NIHSS scores were used to determine the level of consciousness. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of neurological function improvement in the treatment group was 83.3%, which was significantly higher than 63.3% in the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of consciousness improvement in the treatment group was 80.0%, higher than 53.3% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); the rate of rebleeding ulcer in the treatment group was 6.6%, lower than 26.6% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion SAFI combined with omeprazole is effective in treating stress peptic ulcer complicated with acute ischemic stroke, and the rate of re-bleeding ulcer was reduced.
