目的 探討血必凈注射液與馬來酸依那普利片、阿托伐他汀鈣片聯(lián)合對高血壓腎損害患者臨床療效及腎功能的影響。方法 選取2014年12月—2017年12月榆林市第二醫(yī)院100例高血壓腎損害患者為研究對象，根據(jù)入院單雙號將入選者分為對照組和觀察組，每組50例。對照組患者口服馬來酸依那普利片10 mg/次，1次/d；阿托伐他汀鈣片10 mg/次，1次/d。觀察組患者在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注血必凈注射液，將1.5 g加入到0.9%氯化鈉溶液100 mL中，1次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6個月。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后的腎功能指標(biāo)、D-二聚體（D-D）和炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組總有效率為92.00%，顯著高于對照組的76.00%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組肌酐（Cr）、尿微量白蛋白與肌酐比值（ACR）、尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）及尿β₂-微球蛋白（β₂-MG）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且觀察組腎功能指標(biāo)水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的D-D、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且觀察組D-D及各炎性因子水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 血必凈注射液聯(lián)合馬來酸依那普利片和阿托伐他汀鈣片治療高血壓腎損害患者可有效改善腎功能，抑制機體炎性反應(yīng)，療效安全顯著，值得臨床推廣使用。

Objective To explore the effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on clinical efficacy and renal function in patients with hypertensive renal damage. Methods Patients (100 case) with hypertensive renal damage in Yulin Second Hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were devided into control and observation groups according to the admission single and double number, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Enalapril Maleate Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily, and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Xuebijing Injection on the basis of control group, 1.5 g added into 0.9% sodium chloride solution 100 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were observed, and renal function indicators, D-D and serum factor levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.00% in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Cr, ACR, mAlb and β₂-MG in two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the renal function indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of D-D, IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of D-D and inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing Injection combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of patients with hypertensive renal damage can effectively improve the renal function, inhibit the body's inflammatory response, and significant safety, which was worthy of clinical application.
