目的 探討健胃愈瘍片聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片對消化性潰瘍患者血清轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-α（TGF-α）、胃泌素（Gas）及超敏C反應蛋白（hs-CRP）水平的影響。方法 選擇回顧性研究的方法，選取2015年7月—2018年7月榆林市第二醫(yī)院120例消化性潰瘍患者，根據(jù)給藥方案將受試者分為對照組（60例）和觀察組（60例）。其中對照組患者口服左氧氟沙星片，0.5 g/次，1次/d。觀察組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服健胃愈瘍片，1.5 g/次，1次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療1個月。治療1個月后，觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，同時比較兩組治療前后的癥狀評分、TGF-α、Gas及hs-CRP水平變化、幽門螺旋桿菌（Hp）清除率及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組治療總有效率為93.33%，顯著高于對照組的75.00%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學差異（P<0.01）。治療后，兩組患者的腹痛、腹脹、反酸、噯氣評分及總癥狀評分均較治療前顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，觀察組癥狀評分顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組患者Hp清除率顯著高于對照組，不良反應總的發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 健胃愈瘍片聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片可有效改善患者的臨床癥狀，療效安全顯著，對促進消化性潰瘍患者病情康復具有積極意義。

Objective To explore the effects of Jianwei Yuyang Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets on TGF-α, Gas and hsCRP levels in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Selecting the method of retrospective study, 120 patients with peptic ulcer in Yulin Second Hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were and devided into control (60 cases) and observation (60 cases) groups according to the dosage regimen. Patients in control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Tablets, 0.5 g/time, once daily. Patients in observation group were po administered with Jianwei Yuyang Tablets, 1.5 g/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After 1 month of treatment, the clinical efficacy was observed, and symptom scores, the changes of TGF-α, Gas and hs-CRP levels, Hp clearance rate and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.01). After treatment, the symptom scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, acid reflux, belching and total symptoms in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Gas and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the level of TGF-α was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the improvement level of each index of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the Hp clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group, and the adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jianwei Yuyang Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and the curative effect is safe and significant. It is of positive significance for promoting the recovery of patients with peptic ulcer.
