目的 對注射用益氣復脈（凍干）應用情況及不良反應進行分析，為臨床應用提供參考。方法 采用醫(yī)院集中監(jiān)測的方法，對2017年11月—2018年10月期間鄭州市中醫(yī)院應用注射用益氣復脈（凍干）的住院患者病歷，進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果 共收集到998份使用注射用益氣復脈（凍干）的病歷，其中50.69%為70歲以上老年患者；適應證、用法用量和療程均比較規(guī)范，基本符合藥品說明書規(guī)定；不良反應發(fā)生率為0.2%，比較輕微，且多為一過性，不需特別處理，對原疾病無明顯影響。結論 注射用益氣復脈（凍干）不良反應低，安全性較好，但臨床使用應注意使用療程和滴注濃度，特別是有過敏史的患者，更應謹慎使用。醫(yī)院集中監(jiān)測能夠全面、準確的收集到藥品的不良反應情況，但需要開展多中心、大規(guī)模的醫(yī)院集中監(jiān)測，以便對中藥注射劑不良反應發(fā)生情況和影響因素進行更深入研究。

Objective To analyze the application and adverse reactions of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection, and provide reference for clinical application. Methods A centralized hospital monitoring method was used to analyze the inpatients' medical records of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection in Zhengzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM from November 2017 to October 2018. Results A total of 998 medical records of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection were collected, of which 50.69% were elderly patients over 70 years old. The indications, usage, dosage and course of treatment were relatively standardized, which basically met the requirements of the drug instructions. The adverse reaction rate was 0.2%, which is relatively mild. And most of the cases are transient, needing no special treatment and causing no significant impact on the original disease. Conclusion Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection has low probability of adverse reactions and good safety. However, clinical use should pay attention to the course of treatment and instillation concentration, especially in patients with a history of allergies. The centralized hospital monitoring can comprehensively and accurately collect the adverse reactions of drugs. However, it is necessary to carry out multi-center, large-scale centralized monitoring of hospitals in order to conduct deeper research on the occurrence and influencing factors of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
