烏腺金絲桃為滕黃科金絲桃屬植物的干燥全草，具有通乳消癰、止血鎮(zhèn)痛的功效，臨床上用于治療乳腺炎和功能性子宮出血等病。研究顯示烏腺金絲桃主要含有黃酮類、揮發(fā)油、間苯三酚衍生物類成分，其中黃酮類成分應(yīng)用廣泛；藥理實驗證明其有抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、抗肺動脈高壓、抗炎鎮(zhèn)痛、抗抑郁癥、抗病毒以及抗腫瘤等作用，對烏腺金絲桃的藥理作用的研究進展進行綜述，以期為新藥開發(fā)與臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。

Hypericum attenuatum is dry whole grass of the genus Guttiferae hypericum. It has the effect of promoting lactation for resolving carbuncle, hemostasis and analgesia, and used for the treatment of mastitis and functional uterine bleeding and other diseases in clinic. The main chemical composition are flavonoids, volatile oil, phloroglucinol derivatives, and the flavonoids were widely applied. Pharmacological experiments have proved that Hypericum attenuatum has effects of anti-arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, pulmonary hypertension, anti-inflammatory and analgesic, anti-depression, anti-virus and anti-tumor. The research progress of pharmacological action of Hypericum attenuatum was reviewed, which provided reference for the development and clinical application of new drugs.
