全球已上市品種體外檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，吸入粉霧劑相比氣霧劑和吸入溶液肺部沉積率偏低，為藥物總量的10%～40%，進(jìn)入肺部的藥物占藥物總量的20%～30%，藥物利用率較低。旨在討論通過(guò)多種途徑提高吸入粉霧劑的有效沉積率，提升藥物的治療效果。

The in vitro test data of global listed varieties shows that the lung deposition of DPIs is lower than that of pMDI and inhaled solution, which is about 10%-40% of the total amount of drugs, and the drugs that actually enter to the lung account for about 20%-30%. The drug utilization rate is low. The purpose of this paper is to explore various ways to improve the effective deposition of DPIs, so as to improve the therapeutic effect of drugs.
