目的 研究復方阿嗪米特腸溶片聯合多酶片治療功能性消化不良的效果。方法 選擇2016年1月—2018年12月泰州市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的60例功能性消化不良患者，隨機分為兩組，每組各30例。對照組患者口服多酶片，3片/次，3次/d。觀察組在對照組的基礎上加服復方阿嗪米特腸溶片，10 mg/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療1個月。比較兩組的臨床治療效果，癥狀改善情況和胃腸激素水平。結果 治療后，觀察組的有效率為93.33%，明顯高于對照組的70.00%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組餐后飽脹、噯氣、上腹痛以及上腹部燒灼感評分均明顯降低（P<0.05），且觀察組癥狀評分明顯更低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的胃動素（MTL）和神經肽Y（NPY）水平明顯升高，血管活性肽（VIP）水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且觀察組胃腸激素水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。兩組腹脹、腹瀉、嘔吐和頭暈的發(fā)生率無明顯的差異（P>0.05）。結論 復方阿嗪米特腸溶片聯合多酶片能更為顯著地改善功能性消化不良的癥狀，提高療效，調節(jié)胃腸激素水平。

Objective To study the effect of Compound Azintamide Enteric-coated Tablets combined with Multienzyme Tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Selected 60 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia who were treated in Taizhou Third People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018, and divided into two groups randomly, each group had 30 cases. The control group was treated with Multienzyme Tablets, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. While the observation group was treated with Compound Azintamide Enteric-coated Tablets on the basis of control group, 10 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical effects, symptom improvement and gastrointestinal hormone levels of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of postprandial fullness, belching, upper abdominal pain and burning sensation of upper abdomen in both two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and those in the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MTL and NPY in two groups were significantly increased, and the levels of VIP were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the gastrointestinal hormone levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of abdominal distension, diarrhea, vomiting and dizziness between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compound Azintamide Enteric-coated Tablets combined with Multienzyme Tablets can more significantly improve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia and the clinical effect, regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone.
