[摘要]
目的 探討血必凈注射液對(duì)膿毒性休克患者血管內(nèi)皮功能相關(guān)因子的表達(dá)影響。方法 選擇2014年9月—2018年12月在連云港市第二人民醫(yī)院ICU診治的膿毒性休克患者104例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,各52例,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)藥物治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予血必凈注射液治療,記錄內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞特異性分子-1(ESM-1)表達(dá)變化情況,同時(shí)測(cè)定腎功能相關(guān)指標(biāo),包括血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN),記錄兩組患者治療后28 d的APACHEⅡ評(píng)分與死亡情況。結(jié)果 治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組的血清BUN、Scr、ESM-1都顯著低于治療前(P<0.05),觀察組也顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后兩組的白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)都顯著高于治療前(P<0.05),且觀察組高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。觀察組治療后28 d的APACHEⅡ評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),死亡率也低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 血必凈在膿毒性休克患者中的應(yīng)用能抑制ESM-1的表達(dá),提高白細(xì)胞水平,從而改善患者的腎功能,降低患者的死亡率。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing Injection on the expression of vascular endothelial function-related factors in patients with septic shock.Methods From September 2014 to December 2018, 104 patients with septic shock who were treated in the ICU of our hospital were enrolled and were equally divided into the Xuebijing group and control group accorded to the random number table method. The control group were given conventional medication treatment, and the Xuebijing group were given Xuebijing Injection treatment based on the treatment of the control group, and the expression of endothelial cell specific molecule-1 (ESM-1) were recorded. Results After treatment, serum BUN, Scr and ESM-1 levels in Xuebijing group and control group were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and Xuebijing group were also significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The white blood cell counts of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the Xuebijing group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The APACHE II score at 28 days after treatment in Xuebijing group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the mortality were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Xuebijing Injection in patients with septic shock can inhibit the expression of ESM-1 and increase the level of white blood cells, thereby improving renal function and reducing mortality.
