目的 探討盆炎凈膠囊聯(lián)合注射用頭孢呋辛鈉治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2018年4月—2019年4月在三亞市中醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的86例慢性盆腔炎患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)用藥的差別分為觀察組（43例）和對(duì)照組（43例）。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注注射用頭孢呋辛鈉，1.5 g/次，同0.9%氯化鈉注射液100 mL配伍，12 h/次；觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予盆炎凈膠囊，2.0 g/次，3次/d。兩組均治療2周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后的視覺模擬評(píng)分（VAS）、癥狀積分、世界衛(wèi)生組織生存質(zhì)量測(cè)定量表（WHOQOL-100）評(píng)分及血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，對(duì)照組有效率為81.40%，顯著低于治療組的95.35%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組VAS積分、癥狀積分均下降，WHOQOL-100評(píng)分均增高（P<0.05），且觀察組上述評(píng)分明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-2 （MMP-2）、單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均降低（P<0.05），且觀察組血清學(xué)指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 盆炎凈膠囊聯(lián)合注射用頭孢呋辛鈉治療慢性盆腔炎可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，降低機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，有著良好臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Penyanjing Capsules combined with Cefuroxime Sodium for injection in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation who were treated in Sanya Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) according to the difference of medication. The control group were iv adminitered with Cefuroxime Sodium for injection, 1.5 g/time, compatible with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL, once for 12 h. The observation group were given Penyanjing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2.0 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The therapeutic effects were compared, and the VAS, symptom score, WHOQOL-100 score and serological indicators before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 81.40%, which was significantly lower than 95.35% of the observation group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and symptom score in two groups were decreased, but the WHOQOL-100 score were increased (P<0.05). And these scores in the observation group were especially better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1β, MMP-2, MCP-1, ICAM-1, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serological indicators in the observation groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Penyanjing Capsules combined with Cefuroxime Sodium for injection in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce inflammation and improve the quality of life of patients, and has good clinical application value.
