天名精屬Carpesium L.植物為菊科多年生草本植物，含有多種化學(xué)成分，其全草可藥用。從天名精屬植物中至少分離得到277個(gè)化合物，主要包括倍半萜類、萜類、芳香族類、糖苷類、黃酮類等，藥理研究顯示具有抗腫瘤、抑制血小板聚集、抗菌、免疫調(diào)節(jié)等作用。通過整理、分析天名精屬植物的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)，綜述天名精屬植物的化學(xué)成分、藥理作用等方面的研究進(jìn)展，以期為該屬植物的新藥開發(fā)提供依據(jù)。

Carpesium L. plant was perennial herbaceous plants of Asteraceae, containing a variety of chemical components, and the whole grass was medicinal. At least 277 compounds were isolated from the Carpesium L. plant mainly including sesquiterpene, terpenes, aromatic species, glycosides and flavonoids with various pharmacological effects, such as anti-tumor, anti-platelet aggregation, anti-bacterial and immune regulation effects. This paper comprehensively reviews the research progress of chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Carpesium L. plant by sorting out and analyzing the relevant literature. It will provide a reference for the research on the medicinal substance basis and pharmacological effects of Carpesium L. plant, and provide a new direction for the development of new drugs.
