目的 探討舒血寧注射液聯(lián)合津力達(dá)顆粒對(duì)2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂和炎性因子水平的影響。方法 選擇河南省人民醫(yī)院省直第二醫(yī)院2016年7月—2019年7月收治的2型糖尿病患者82例作為研究對(duì)象，將患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各41例。對(duì)照組給予津力達(dá)顆粒治療，開水沖服，1袋/次，3次/d。觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注舒血寧注射液，20 mL加入250 mL生理鹽水。兩組均治療15 d。比較兩組患者治療前后血糖、血脂和血清炎性因子水平的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，兩組空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）和糖化血紅蛋白（HbAlc）水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且觀察組治療后FPG和2 h PG水平顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組甘油三酯（TC）、總膽固醇（TG）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且觀察組治療后血脂水平顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤細(xì)胞壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且觀察組血清炎性因子水平顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 舒血寧注射液聯(lián)合津力達(dá)顆粒治療糖尿病患者可有效的降低患者血糖、血脂水平，改善機(jī)體內(nèi)炎癥水平，效果顯著，可在臨床推廣使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shuxuening Injection combined with Jinlida Granules on blood glucose, blood lipids, and inflammatory factor levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients (82 cases) with type 2 diabetes in The Second Provincial Hospital of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Jinlida Granules with warm water, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Shuxuening Injection on the basis of control group, 20 mL was added into 250 mL normal saline. Patients in two groups were treated for 15 d. The changes of blood glucose, blood lipid, and serum inflammatory factors in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of PFG, 2 h PG, and HbAlc in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of PFG and 2 h PG in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the blood lipid levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, and the serum inflammatory factors levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening Injection combined with Jinlida Granules in treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and lipid, improve the level of inflammation, the effect is significant, can be widely used in the clinical scope.
