缺血性腦卒中是危害人類(lèi)健康和生命安全的難治性疾病，注射用丹參多酚酸主要用于缺血性腦卒中的治療，能顯著改善神經(jīng)功能缺損癥狀，臨床療效顯著且安全性高。近年來(lái)圍繞注射用丹參多酚酸治療缺血性腦卒中開(kāi)展了大量研究，對(duì)其改善腦部循環(huán)、保護(hù)神經(jīng)、抗血栓形成、保護(hù)血腦屏障和改善腦功能障礙5方面的藥理作用及作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，以期為該制劑的進(jìn)一步深入研究與開(kāi)發(fā)提供新的思路，為臨床治療缺血性腦卒中提供理論依據(jù)。

Ischemic stroke is a refractory disease that endangers human health and life safety, Salvianolic Acids for Injection (SAFI) was mainly used in ischemic stroke, which can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficits, and has significant clinical efficacy and high safety. In recent years, a large number of researches on the efficacy and mechanism of SAFI have been carried out. The pharmacology and pharmacological mechanism of SAFI, such as improving brain circulation, protecting nerves, preventing thrombosis, protecting blood brain barrier, and improving brain dysfunction were summarized, which aimed to provide new ideas for the research and development of SAFI and provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke.
