近年來，隨著腦血管病的發(fā)病率不斷升高，其相關(guān)病癥已經(jīng)嚴重的影響了患者的生活質(zhì)量。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)丹參類制劑及丹參活性成分具有明顯的改善腦循環(huán)作用，主要從改善腦部微循環(huán)、改善腦側(cè)支循環(huán)以及促進側(cè)支血管的新生3個方面歸納總結(jié)了丹參類制劑及丹參活性成分改善腦循環(huán)的藥理作用及作用機制，旨在為丹參類制劑改善患者腦循環(huán)的應用提供理論依據(jù)。

In recent years, with the increasing incidence of cerebrovascular diseases, the related diseases have seriously affected the quality of patients,life. Studies have been found that the preparations and active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza have obvious effects on improving brain circulation of patients. This review summarizes the pharmacology and pharmacological mechanism of preparation and active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza improving cerebral circulation from three aspects, improving cerebral microcirculation, improving cerebral collateral circulation and promoting neogenesis of cerebral collateral vessels. The purpose of this review is to provide theoretical basis for clinical application of Salvia miltiorrhiza preparation in improving cerebral circulation of patients.
