心力衰竭是世界范圍內(nèi)突出的公共衛(wèi)生問題。注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）是由紅參、麥冬、五味子經(jīng)提取純化后制成的無菌粉末注射劑，具有益氣復(fù)脈、養(yǎng)陰生津的功效，其治療心力衰竭取得顯著的療效。收集、分析近十年來注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）治療心力衰竭的藥理實驗和臨床隨機對照試驗，以闡述其可能的藥理作用機制、評價其臨床療效，為今后更加深入地進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)和臨床研究奠定基礎(chǔ)，并為更加合理地應(yīng)用該藥提供理論依據(jù)。

Cardiac failure is a prominent public health problem worldwide. Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection (YQFM) is a sterile powder preparation made from Radix Ginseng, Radix Ophiopogonis and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis after extraction and purification. YQFM has the functions of supplementing Qi and restoring pulse, nourishing Yin and promoting body fluid. It has remarkable curative effect in treating cardiac failure. The pharmacological experiments and clinical Randomized controlled trial of cardiac failure treated by YQFM in the past ten years were collected and analyzed in order to elucidate its possible pharmacological mechanism and evaluate its clinical efficacy, which will lay a foundation for further basic and clinical research and provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of YQFM.
