目的 評價注射用益氣復脈（凍干）聯(lián)合尼可地爾治療氣陰兩虛型微血管性心絞痛的臨床療效和安全性。方法 選擇2017年4月-2019年6月河北省退役軍人總醫(yī)院收治的氣陰兩虛型微血管性心絞痛患者80例，隨機分為對照組和觀察組（各40例）。對照組給予基礎治療+口服尼可地爾5 mg/次，3次/d；觀察組在對照組治療基礎上+注射用益氣復脈（凍干）5.2 g溶于9%生理鹽水250 mL中，靜脈滴注1次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療14 d。比較兩組的臨床療效、Duke運動平板評分和中醫(yī)氣陰兩虛證候療效。結果 治療前兩組患者的Duke運動平板評分和氣陰兩虛證候評分沒有統(tǒng)計學差異。治療后，觀察組的治療總有效率為87.50%，對照組為65.00%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；兩組得Duke運動平板評分均較治療前提高（P<0.05），且觀察組的Duke運動平板評分及危險分層均優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；兩組氣陰兩虛證候評分均有改善（P<0.05），且觀察組的中醫(yī)證候有效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。兩組未出現(xiàn)與治療相關的不良反應。結論 對于氣陰兩虛型微血管性心絞痛的患者，在常規(guī)西藥基礎上加注射用益氣復脈（凍干）治療較單獨使用西藥的效果明顯，且比較安全。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection combined with nicorandil in the treatment of microvascular angina with Qi and Yin deficiency. Methods A total of 80 patients with microvascular angina with Qi and Yin deficiency were randomly selected and divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40). The patients in control group were treated with western medicine starardied treatment + po nicorandil 5 mg, 3 times per day, and the patients in observation group were treated as control group + Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection 5.2 g + 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL, intravenous drip, once per day, and two groups were treated 14 days. Clinical efficacy, Duke exercise palte score, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptom scores and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 87.50%, the total effective rate of control group was 65.00%, and the effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically. Duke exercise plate score showed that the score and risk stratification in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). And the total effective rate of TCM symptom scores and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion It is more effective to add Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection on the basis of conventional western medicine than western medicine alone for patients with microvascular angina pectoris.
