目的 探討注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）聯(lián)合多巴胺/多巴酚丁胺治療心源性休克的臨床療效。方法 選取鄭州市中醫(yī)院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的心源性休克患者120例為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字法最終分為對(duì)照組（54例）和觀察組（52例）。對(duì)照組患者在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予大劑量鹽酸多巴胺注射液5~20 μg/（kg·min）和鹽酸多巴酚丁胺注射液5~15 μg/（kg·min）治療。觀察組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上靜滴注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）2.6~5.2 g/次，加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化鈉注射液250~500 mL中，1次/d。療程為7~14 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)情況，同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后的血壓和尿量水平。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組患者總有效率為94.2%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的81.5%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血壓和尿量水平均明顯改善，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05、0.01），觀察組的血壓和尿量水平顯著高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05、0.01）。兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）聯(lián)合多巴胺/多巴酚丁胺治療心源性休克患者具有一定的臨床療效，能夠顯著改善血壓和尿量水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of injection of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection combined with dopamine/dobutamine in treatment of cardiogenic shock. Methods A total of 120 patients with cardiogenic shock admitted to Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects, and finally divided into control group (54 cases) and observation group (52 cases) by random number method. Patients in the control group were treated with high-dose of Dopamine Hydrochloride Injection 5-20 μg/(kg·min) and Dobutamine Hydrochloride Injection 5-15 μg/(kg·min) on the basis of conventional treatment. Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection on the basis of the control group, 2.6-5.2 g/time, adding 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection into 250-500 mL, once daily. The course of treatment was 7-14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups were observed, and the blood pressure and urine volume before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.2%, which was significantly higher than 81.5% in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood pressure and urine volume in two groups were significantly improved, and the difference in the same group before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05, 0.01). After treatment, the blood pressure and urine volume in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05, 0.01). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection combined with dopamine/dobutamine in treatment of cardiogenic shock has a certain clinical effect, can significantly improve the blood pressure and urine level.
