[摘要]
目的 探討注射用丹參多酚酸聯(lián)合阿司匹林對(duì)急性腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能及血清基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)和超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)的影響。方法 選取2017年8月-2018年10月保定市第一中心醫(yī)院收治的急性腦梗死患者100例為研究對(duì)象,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組(49例)和觀察組(50例)。對(duì)照組給予阿司匹林腸溶片,100 mg/次,晨起空腹溫水服用,1次/d。觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注丹參多酚酸,0.13 g加入0.9%的氯化鈉溶液250 mL。兩組均持續(xù)治療14 d。比較兩組患者治療前后的美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)評(píng)分、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)及超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,兩組NIHSS評(píng)分均明顯降低,同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且觀察組NIHSS評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者血清MMP-7和hs-CRP水平均顯著降低,同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且觀察組MMP-7和hs-CRP水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在常規(guī)腦梗死治療基礎(chǔ)加用注射用丹參多酚酸應(yīng)用于急性腦梗死患者,可有效降低其血清MMP-7和hs-CRP水平,顯著提高腦梗死患者的NIHSS評(píng)分,且安全性好,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effects of Salvianolic Acids for Injection combined with aspirin on nerve function and serum MMP-7 and hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from August 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were divided into the control group (49 cases) and the observation group (50 cases) using the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets at 100 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Salvianolic Acids for Injection on the basis of the control group, 0.13 g was added to 0.9% sodium chloride solution 250 mL. Both groups received continuous treatment for 14 d. After treatment, the NIHSS score, and the levels of MMP-7 and hs-CRP before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results After treatment, NIHSS scores in two groups was significantly decreased, and the difference before and after treatment in the same group was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of MMP-7 and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly reduced, and the difference before and after treatment in the same group was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the levels of MMP-7 and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In this study, the application of Salvianolic Acids for Injection on the basis of conventional treatment of cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the serum MMP-7 and hs-CRP levels, significantly improve the NIHSS score of patients with cerebral infarction, and the safety is good, with certain clinical application value.
