[摘要]
目的 觀察注射用丹參多酚酸對(duì)腦梗死患者認(rèn)知功能改善及對(duì)血清淀粉樣蛋白A(SAA)及胱抑素C(CysC)水平的影響。方法 選取2018年1月-2018年12月保定市第一中心醫(yī)院治療的急性腦梗死患者100例作為研究對(duì)象,依照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表將患者對(duì)照組(50例)和觀察組(50例)。對(duì)照組予以常規(guī)治療。觀察組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上靜點(diǎn)注射用丹參多酚酸,0.13 g予以0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 mL稀釋后,1次/d。兩組療程均為14 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后的蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評(píng)估量表(MoCA)評(píng)分、改良長(zhǎng)谷川癡呆量表(HDS-R)評(píng)分,以及血清淀粉樣蛋白A(SSA)和胱抑素C(CysC)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,觀察組患者的總有效率為90.00%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的74.00%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療14、30 d后,兩組MoCA評(píng)分均較治療前均顯著提高(P<0.05);觀察組MoCA評(píng)分顯著高于同期對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療14 d后,兩組HDS-R評(píng)分均較治療前均顯著提高(P<0.05),觀察組HDS-R評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組,但無(wú)顯著性差異;治療30 d后,兩組HDS-R評(píng)分均較治療前均顯著升高(P<0.05),且觀察組HDS-R評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療14、30 d后,兩組SAA和血清CysC水平較治療前均顯著下降,同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),且觀察組SAA和血清CysC水平顯著低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸可明顯改善急性腦梗死患者認(rèn)知功能障礙,降低SAA和CysC水平,對(duì)遠(yuǎn)期預(yù)后的改善有積極的治療效果。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the effect of Salvianolic Acids for Injection on cognitive function improvement and serum SAA and CysC levels in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction in the Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases). Patients in the control group received routine treatment. Patients in the observation group were in administered with Salvianolic Acids for Injection on the basis of control group, 0.13 g was diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL, once daily. The course of treatment in both groups was 14 d. The clinical efficacy in two groups was observed, and the MoCA score, HDSR score, and the levels of SSA and CysC before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than 74.00% in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 14 and 30 days of treatment, MoCA scores in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). MoCA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 14 days of treatment, THE HDS-R scores of two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05). The HDS-R scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, but there was no significant difference. After 30 days of treatment, HDS-R scores in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the HDS-R score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 14 and 30 days of treatment, serum SAA and CysC levels in two groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference in the same group before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). Moreover, SAA and CysC levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for Injection can significantly improve cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction, reduce SAA and CysC levels, and has a positive therapeutic effect on long-term prognosis.
