[摘要]
目的 研究注射用丹參多酚酸對(duì)急性腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能、血小板平均體積(MPV)和血小板平均體積/淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)(MPVLR)的影響。方法 選取2017年12月-2019年12月于漯河市中心醫(yī)院住院治療的急性腦梗死非重癥患者110例為研究對(duì)象,用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組各55例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)治療;觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上將活血化瘀類藥物替換為注射用丹參多酚酸,0.13 g配伍0.9%氯化鈉溶液250 mL靜脈注射,1次/d。兩組患者療程為2周。比較兩組患者治療前后的美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表評(píng)分(NIHSS)、巴氏(Balthel)指數(shù)評(píng)分、MPV和MPVLR水平。結(jié)果 治療后,兩組NIHSS評(píng)分均顯著下降,Barthel指數(shù)評(píng)分顯著上升,同組治療前后對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);治療后,觀察組NIHSS評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組,Barthel指數(shù)評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組,兩組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組MPV、MPVLR顯著降低,同組治療前后對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);治療后,且觀察組MPV、MPVLR水平明顯低于對(duì)照組,兩組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸能夠改善急性腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能,降低患者M(jìn)PV、MPVLR水平,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effects of Salvianolic Acids for Injection on neurological function, MPV, and MPVLR in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction in Luohe Central Hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment. Patients in the observation group, the drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were replaced by Salvianolic Acids for Injection on the basisi of control group, patients were iv administered with Salvianolate for injection, 0.13 g was combined with 0.9% sodium chloride solution 250 mL, once daily. The course of treatment in two groups was 2 weeks. After treatment, the NIHSS, Barthel index, the levels of MPV and MPVLR before and after treatment were compared between two groups. After treatment, NIHSS scores of two groups were significantly decreased, Barthel Index scores were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group before and after treatment (P<0.05). Results After treatment, NIHSS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, Barthel index score was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, MPV and MPVLR of two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group before and after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the MPV and MPVLR levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for Injection can improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and reduce the level of MPV and MPVLR, which has certain clinical application value.
