目的 探究百令膠囊聯(lián)合舒洛地特對老年糖尿病腎病患者血管內(nèi)皮及氧化應(yīng)激功能指標(biāo)的影響。方法 選擇2015年1月—2018年1月于榆林市第二醫(yī)院治療的102例老年糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對照組（n=51）和觀察組（n=51）。對照組患者服用舒洛地特軟膠囊，1粒/次，2次/d。觀察組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上服用百令膠囊，3~6粒/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)服用8周。比較兩組患者治療前后的血糖和血脂水平、血管內(nèi)皮功能指標(biāo)和氧化應(yīng)激功能指標(biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，兩組空腹血糖（FPG）、總膽固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組FPG、TC、TG水平顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清可溶性細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、內(nèi)皮素-1（ET-1）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組患者血管內(nèi)皮功能指標(biāo)顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平均明顯上升，丙二醛（MDA）水平明顯下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組SOD和MDA水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 百令膠囊聯(lián)合舒洛地特對老年糖尿病腎病患者具有較好的治療效果，能夠顯著改善患者血管內(nèi)皮功能及氧化應(yīng)激功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing Capsules combined with sulodexide on vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in Yulin NO. 2 Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group (n=51) and observation group (n=51). Patients in the control group were po administered with Sulodexide Soft Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Bailing Capsules on the basis of control group, 3-6 grains/time, three times daily. Both groups took the drug for 8 weeks. After treatment, the levels of blood glucose and lipid levels, vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress function before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, FPG, TC and TG levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference in the same group before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the levels of FPG, TC and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, sICAM-1 and ET-1 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment in the same group (P<0.05). Moreover, the vascular endothelial function index of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, SOD level in two groups increased significantly, while MDA level decreased significantly, and the difference in the same groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). Moreover, SOD and MDA levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bailing Capsules combined with sulodexide has a good therapeutic effect on elderly diabetic nephropathy patients, and can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress function in patients.
