急性咽痛是門診常見病，中醫(yī)藥治療該病臨床療效較好、且方法多樣。為了解噴霧劑類中成藥在常見病所致急性咽痛中的應(yīng)用情況，檢索了多個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)的相關(guān)臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)，總結(jié)出噴霧劑類中成藥治療常見病所致急性咽痛具有確切的療效，且中藥噴霧劑具有使用方便、起效快、易攜帶、不易耐藥等優(yōu)勢(shì)，具有重要的臨床價(jià)值。但同時(shí)，已上市的噴霧劑類中成藥也存在一些局限和不足，需進(jìn)一步提升生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)水平，強(qiáng)化中藥復(fù)方的作用機(jī)制研究，并提高臨床試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)性，進(jìn)一步開展臨床試驗(yàn)，為中藥噴霧劑的臨床應(yīng)用提供高質(zhì)量證據(jù)。

Acute sore throat is a common disease in outpatient department. In order to understand the application of Chinese patent medicine sprays in acute sore throat caused by common diseases, the author searched the relevant clinical randomized controlled trials of multiple data platforms. It is concluded that the Chinese patent medicine sprays has a definite curative effect on the acute sore throat caused by common diseases, and it has the advantages of being easy to use, quick to effect, easy to carry and not easy to be resistant to drugs, which has important clinical value. However, there are also some limitations and shortcomings of the Chinese medicine sprays on the market. It is necessary to further improve the production technology level, strengthen the mechanism and mechanism research of Chinese medicine compound, improve the scientific design of clinical trials, and further carry out clinical trials to provide high-quality evidence for the clinical application of Chinese patent medicine sprays.
