[摘要]
目的 研究利奈唑胺聯(lián)合布地奈德治療兒童肺炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2016年1月-2019年1月安康市中心醫(yī)院的90例肺炎患兒作為研究對象,采用抽簽法隨機(jī)將患兒分為對照組和觀察組,每組各45例。對照組患兒霧化吸入布地奈德氣霧劑,500 μg/d,2次/d。觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注利奈唑胺注射液,10 mg/kg,2次/d,連續(xù)給藥10 d,當(dāng)患兒的病情穩(wěn)定后,改為口服利奈唑胺片,10 mg/kg。兩組療程均為3周。觀察兩組患兒的臨床療效、住院時間及癥狀消失時間,同時比較兩組治療前后的總免疫球蛋白(Ig)E(T-IgE)和嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞(EOS)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,觀察組的總有效率為95.55%,明顯高于對照組的77.78%(P<0.05)。治療后,觀察組的住院時間和發(fā)熱、肺部濕啰音、咳嗽消失時間明顯短于對照組(P<0.05)。兩組治療后EOS水平均顯著降低(P<0.05),且觀察組治療后的EOS水平明顯低于對照組(P<0.05),TIgE無明顯改變。結(jié)論 利奈唑胺聯(lián)合布地奈德對兒童肺炎具有比較確切的治療效果,能縮短住院時間及癥狀消失時間,減輕氣道炎癥性反應(yīng),具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effect of linezolid combined with budesonide in treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia in Ankang Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery, with 45 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were inhaled Budesonide Aerosol, 500 μg/d, twice daily. Patients in the observation group were iv administered with Linezolid Injection on the basis of control group, 10 mg/kg, twice daily for 10 days consecutively. When the condition of the children was stable, they were changed to oral Linezolid Tablets for 10 mg/kg. The course of treatment in two groups was 3 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, length of hospital stay and time of symptom disappearance in two groups were observed, and the T-IgE and EOS levels before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.55%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the length of stay in the observation group and the disappearance time of fever, lung rales and cough were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, EOS level in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the EOS level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant change in T-IgE. Conclusion Linezolid combined with budesonide has a relatively accurate therapeutic effect on children with pneumonia, can shorten the length of hospital stay and the disappearance of symptoms, reduce airway inflammatory response, and has certain clinical promotion and application value.
