[摘要]
中藥化學成分復雜,尋找中藥化學成分快速識別與定性的方法是亟待解決的問題。液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)具有分離能力強、檢測靈敏度高和專屬性強等特點,在中藥研究中發(fā)揮重要作用。為了尋找快速定性中藥化學成分的方法,加快中藥現(xiàn)代化的步伐,從四級桿飛行時間串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜、靜電場軌道阱質(zhì)譜和離子淌度質(zhì)譜3種質(zhì)譜技術(shù)以及診斷離子、分子網(wǎng)絡、最佳碰撞能、碰撞截面、定量結(jié)構(gòu)-保留關(guān)系模型5種研究方法對近年來液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)在中藥化學成分定性分析方面的發(fā)展進行綜述,以期為中藥質(zhì)量控制和中藥現(xiàn)代分析提供新的思路和方法。

[Abstract]
The chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) are complex and have many structures. It is urgent to find a rapid identification and characterization method of TCM. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) with the characteristics of strong separation ability, high detection sensitivity and specificity plays an important role in the research of TCM. In order to find a rapid method to determine the chemical composition of TCM and speed up the modernization of TCM, this paper summaried the application of LC-MS in recent years from three kinds of mass spectrometry techniques:quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry, Orbitrap mass spectrometry and ion mobility mass spectrometry, as well as five research methods:diagnostic ion, molecular network, optimal collision energy, collision cross section and quantitative structure retention relationship model. The development of qualitative analysis of chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed, and provide new ideas and methods for quality control and modern analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.
