臟器質(zhì)量及系數(shù)的分析是藥物、生物制劑、食品添加劑和醫(yī)療器械等毒性試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)中不可或缺的部分,可能是體現(xiàn)某些受試物毒性的最敏感指標(biāo)。然而,臟器的選擇以及稱質(zhì)量條件、計(jì)算方法等均可能對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析產(chǎn)生影響,以致最終影響對(duì)受試物毒性的判斷。綜合分析影響臟器質(zhì)量及系數(shù)的因素,以期用科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆椒ㄟM(jìn)行臟器質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)和解釋,為毒性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的評(píng)價(jià)提供一個(gè)比較準(zhǔn)確的參考指標(biāo)。

[Abstract]
The analysis of organ weight and coefficient in toxicology experiments is an indispensable part of the evaluation of drugs, chemicals, biological agents, food additives and medical devices, because it may be the most sensitive indicators of the toxicity of test substances. However, weighing conditions (such as exsanguination or no exsanguination, weighing fresh or after fixed organs), statistical methods of weight data, and preferred organs for weighing may all have effects on the evaluation of test substances or organ weight. This article comprehensively analyzed the factors of affecting organ weights and coefficient, with a view to scientifically rigorous methods for organ weight evaluation and interpretation, in order to provide a more accurate reference index for the evaluation of results of toxicology experiments.
