目的觀察心通口服液治療冠心病心絞痛患者的臨床療效。方法選取2019年10月-2020年10月內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院治療的78例冠心病心絞痛患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)治療方案將患者分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各39例。對(duì)照組患者均給予冠心病心絞痛二級(jí)預(yù)防治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服心通口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組均治療4周。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、心絞痛的發(fā)作次數(shù)和持續(xù)時(shí)間及服用硝酸異山梨酯片的劑量。結(jié)果治療后，觀察組總有效率為89.7%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的69.2%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)、每次發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間、含服硝酸異山梨酯片劑量均顯著降低（P<0.05）；觀察組心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)、每次發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間、含服硝酸異山梨酯片劑量顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論心通口服液治療冠心病心絞痛患者可提高治療有效率，減少心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)、持續(xù)時(shí)間及硝酸異山梨酯含服劑量，效果優(yōu)于單純西藥治療，且相對(duì)安全，值得臨床應(yīng)用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xintong Oral Liquid in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in the Inner Mongolia People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the treatment plan, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given secondary preventive treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, and observation group was given Xintong Oral Liquid on the basis of control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks and the dosage of isosorbide nitrate tablets were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 89.7%, which was significantly higher than 69.2% of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris attack, the duration of each attack and the dose of isosorbide nitrate tablets were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05). The frequency of angina attack, the duration of each attack and the dose of isosorbide nitrate tablets in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xintong Oral Liquid in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks, and isosorbide nitrate containing dosage, the effect is better than that of western medicine alone, and is relatively safe, worthy of clinical application.
