目的運(yùn)用網(wǎng)狀Meta分析的方法評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)典名方及中成藥治療慢性咽炎的療效與安全性。方法檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、維普、萬方、PubMed、Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中從建庫(kù)至2020年10月份的中成藥及經(jīng)典名方治療慢性咽炎的臨床隨機(jī)平行對(duì)照試驗(yàn)（RCT）。根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選并提取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用Review Manger 5.3軟件進(jìn)行納入研究篩選流程圖的制作以及質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)，運(yùn)用Stata14.0軟件進(jìn)行網(wǎng)狀Meta分析。結(jié)果最終納入27項(xiàng)RCT研究，涉及7個(gè)經(jīng)典名方，9個(gè)中成藥，共3 924個(gè)病例。網(wǎng)狀Meta分析結(jié)果顯示：臨床總有效率方面，麥門冬湯>新癀片>十味龍膽花顆粒>補(bǔ)中益氣湯>金蓮清熱泡騰片>黃連阿膠湯>金嗓利咽丸>口炎清顆粒>半夏散及湯>養(yǎng)陰清肺湯>清開靈滴丸>會(huì)厭逐瘀湯>一清膠囊>雙黃連>豬膚湯>藍(lán)芩口服液；咽痛、咽養(yǎng)改善情況方面，口炎清顆粒>會(huì)厭逐瘀湯；干咳改善情況方面，會(huì)厭逐瘀湯>口炎清顆粒；不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率方面，清開靈滴丸>藍(lán)芩口服液>金蓮清熱泡騰片；復(fù)發(fā)率方面，豬膚湯>會(huì)厭逐瘀湯>雙黃連>清開靈滴丸。結(jié)論經(jīng)典名方及中成藥治療慢性咽炎療效顯著，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率及復(fù)發(fā)率低，可明顯改善慢性咽炎患者咽痛、咽癢、干咳等癥狀，其中麥門冬湯在慢性咽炎的治療上有巨大的潛力。

Objective Network Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicine and classic prescription in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods The RCT research of Chinese patent medicine and Classic prescription in treatment of chronic pharyngitis from the database of CNKI, VIP, WanFang, PubMed, Embase and Web of Science from construction to October 2020 was searched. Relevant data were screened and extracted according to the inclusion criteria. Use Review Manger 5.3 software to make flow chart and analyze included studies quality bias. Stata14.0 software was used for the comparison of Network Meta-analysis. Results Finally, 27 RCT studies were included, including 7 classic prescriptions and 9 Chinese patent medicines, involving a total of 3 924 cases. Network Meta-analysis results showed that the total clinical effective rate was Maimendong Decoction > Xinhuang Tablets > Shiwei Longdanhua Granules > Buzhong Yiqi Decoction > Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets > Huanglian Ejiao Decoction > Jinsang Liyan Pills > Kouyanqing Granules > Banxia Sanji Decoction > Yangyin Qingfei Decoction > Qingkailing Dripping Pills > Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction > Yiqing Capsule > Shuanghuanglian > Zhufu Decoction > Lanqin Oral Liquid. In terms of improvement of pharyngalgia and pharyngeal nutrition, Kouyanqing Granules > Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction. In terms of improvement of dry cough, Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction > Kouyanqing Granules. The incidence of adverse reactions was Qingkailing Dropping Pills > Lanqin Oral Liquid > Jinlian Qingre Effervescent Tablets, the recurrence rate was Zhufu Decoction > Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction > Shuanghuanglian > Qingkailing Dropping Pills. In terms of recurrence rate, Zhufu Decoction > Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction > Shuanghuanglian > Qingkailing Dripping Pills. Conclusion Classic prescription and Chinese patent medicine have significant effect on chronic pharyngitis. The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate is low. Classic prescription and Chinese patent medicine can significantly improve the symptoms of pharyngeal pain, pharyngeal itching and dry cough in patients with chronic pharyngitis. Maimendong Decoction has great potential in treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
