[摘要]
目的 探討心悅膠囊聯(lián)合比索洛爾治療冠心病心絞痛的療效及其對(duì)血液流變學(xué)的影響。方法 選取2019年3月-2020年3月在安陽(yáng)市第六人民醫(yī)院就診的100例冠心病心絞痛患者作為研究對(duì)象,按照治療方法將患者分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組各50例。對(duì)照組患者口服富馬酸比索洛爾片,5 mg/次,1次/d。觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服心悅膠囊,0.6 g/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,比較兩組患者心絞痛癥狀(發(fā)作頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間)、視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分(VAS);檢測(cè)兩組治療前后的纖維蛋白原、全血黏度、D-二聚體水平及左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)、心輸出量(CO)。記錄藥物相關(guān)不良反應(yīng)的情況。結(jié)果 治療后,觀察組患者總有效率為94.00%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的80.00%,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的發(fā)作頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間和VAS評(píng)分均顯著降低(P<0.05);觀察組的發(fā)作頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間及VAS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的LVEF、CO均明顯升高(P<0.05);且觀察組升高更明顯(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的纖維蛋白原、全血黏度、D-二聚體均明顯降低(P<0.05);治療后,觀察組的纖維蛋白原、全血黏度、D-二聚體均低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。兩組的藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率無(wú)明顯差異。結(jié)論 心悅膠囊聯(lián)合比索洛爾治療冠心病心絞痛的療效確切,能有效減輕癥狀和疼痛程度,改善血液流變學(xué)和心功能,且安全性較好。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effect of Xinyue Capsules combined with bisoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its effect on hemorheology. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in the Anyang People's Hospital NO.6 from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets, 5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Xinyue Capsules, 0.6 g/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated continuously for one month. Clinical efficacy of two groups was observed, angina symptoms (attack frequency, duration) and VAS score were compared between two groups. The levels of fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity, D-dimer, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiac output (CO) in two groups were measured before and after treatment in two groups. Drug-related adverse reactions were recorded. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%, significantly higher than that of control group (80.00%), and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the attack frequency, duration and VAS score in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The frequency, duration and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, LVEF and CO in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). In the observation group, the increase was more significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity and D-dimer in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity and D-dimer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups. Conclusion Xinyue Capsules combined with bisoprolol has definite efficacy in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, which can effectively reduce symptoms and pain degree, improve hemorheology and cardiac function, and has good safety.
