目的 探討慈航膠囊聯(lián)合桂枝茯苓膠囊治療產(chǎn)后惡露不盡的臨床療效。方法 選取許昌市婦幼保健院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的產(chǎn)后惡露不盡患者80例作為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)治療方法將患者分成對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組患者飯后口服桂枝茯苓膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服慈航膠囊，5粒/次，2次/d。7 d為1個(gè)療程，兩組均進(jìn)行4個(gè)療程的治療。觀察兩組的臨床療效和止血效果，及子宮惡露干凈時(shí)間，同時(shí)比較治療前后患者的子宮三徑和，并對(duì)兩組患者的不良反應(yīng)進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組總有效率和止血療效分別為82.5%、95.0%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的60.0%、77.5%，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組惡露干凈時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組子宮三徑和均顯著降低（P<0.05），且觀察組治療后的子宮三徑和優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。兩組在治療期間未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論 慈航膠囊聯(lián)合桂枝茯苓膠囊治療產(chǎn)后惡露不盡治療效果顯著，其安全性高，可在臨床中推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cihang Capsules combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsules in treatment of postpartum lochia endless. Methods Eighty cases of postpartum lochia endless patients admitted to Xuchang Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Guizhi Fuling Capsules after meals, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Cihang Capsules on the basis of control group, 5 grains/time, twice daily. Seven d was a course of treatment, and both groups received four courses of treatment. Clinical efficacy, hemostasis effect, and uterine lochia cleaning time of two groups were observed. At the same time, uterine tridiameter sum of patients before and after treatment was compared, and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and hemostasis effect in the observation group were 82.5% and 95.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 60.0% and 77.5% in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the cleaning time of lochia in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the tridiameter sum of uterus in two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the tridiameter sum of uterus in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment. Conclusion Cihang Capsules combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsules in treatment of postpartum lochia endless has significant therapeutic effect and high safety, which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
