目的 觀察脈絡(luò)舒通丸治療下肢血栓性淺靜脈炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月—2020年12月安徽省第二人民醫(yī)院收治的64例下肢血栓性淺靜脈炎患者，根據(jù)治療方案將患者分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組32例。對(duì)照組采用基礎(chǔ)治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組治療方案基礎(chǔ)上口服脈絡(luò)舒通丸，12 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者療程均為2周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后的臨床癥狀評(píng)分、炎癥因子及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組總有效率為93.75%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的84.38%，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者皮膚紅腫、患肢腫脹、患肢疼痛以及筋脈條索評(píng)分均顯著降低，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組患者臨床體征情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）和腫瘤壞死因子_-α（TNF_-α）水平均顯著下降，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組患者IL-6和TNF_-α水平顯著低于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)均顯著改善，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 在常規(guī)治療下肢血栓性淺靜脈炎的基礎(chǔ)上加用脈絡(luò)舒通丸能顯著增加療效，值得臨床推廣。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mailuo Shutong Pills in treating superficial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs. Methods Sixty-four patients with lower extremity thrombotic superficial phlebitis admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 in Anhui No. 2 Provincial People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to treatment plan, with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment, and the observation group were po administered with Mailuo Shutong Pills on the basis of control group, 12 g/time, three times daily. The course of treatment for both groups was 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed, and the clinical symptom scores, inflammatory factors, and hemorheological indexes of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, significantly higher than 84.38% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, skin redness, swelling, pain, and tendon cord score in two groups were significantly decreased, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The clinical signs of observation group were better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF_-α in two groups were significantly decreased, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF_-α in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, hemorheology indexes in two groups were significantly improved, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The hemorheological indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Adding Mailuo Shutong Pills on the basis of conventional treatment for superficial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs can significantly increase the curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
