為了解世界衛(wèi)生組織（WHO）有關(guān)藥物警戒系統(tǒng)的評(píng)估指標(biāo)的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用情況，給我國(guó)藥物警戒系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)情況和活動(dòng)進(jìn)展的評(píng)估提供參考，對(duì)2015年WHO出版的《世界衛(wèi)生組織藥物警戒指標(biāo)體系：評(píng)估藥物警戒系統(tǒng)的實(shí)踐手冊(cè)》（v1.0）的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行全面詳細(xì)的介紹，并對(duì)該手冊(cè)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用做進(jìn)一步分享。WHO致力于推動(dòng)國(guó)際藥物警戒的發(fā)展，不僅制定了專門的實(shí)踐手冊(cè)以促進(jìn)全球?qū)λ幬锞渲笜?biāo)的理解，還通過(guò)多方合作共同推動(dòng)藥物警戒指標(biāo)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用，藥物警戒指標(biāo)的設(shè)置比較靈活，可根據(jù)使用環(huán)境的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整。

In order to understand the development and application of World Health Organization (WHO) pharmacovigilance indcators, and to provide a reference for the evaluation of the construction and activity progress of China pharmacovigilance system, this article was based on the "WHO Pharmacovigilance Indicators: a Practical Manual for the Assessment of Pharmacovigilance Systems" (v1.0) published by WHO in 2015. This paper provided a comprehensive and detailed introduction, and shared the practical application of the manual. It can be concluded that WHO was committed to promoting the development of international pharmacovigilance. It had't only formulated a special practice manual to promote global understanding of pharmacovigilance indcators, but also promoted the development and application of pharmacovigilance indcators through multi-party cooperation. The setting was more flexible and can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual conditions of the use environment.
