[摘要]
蟲草素是冬蟲夏草的主要活性成分之一,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有抗腫瘤、抗病毒、免疫調(diào)節(jié)等多種藥理活性。近年來,其抗腫瘤作用逐漸成為研究熱點(diǎn),包括肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等,其通過腺苷酸活化的蛋白激酶(AMPK)、磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B (PI3K/Akt)、核因子-κB (NF-κB)等多種信號通路來抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖、遷移和侵襲,并促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡。就蟲草素抗腫瘤作用的分子機(jī)制、具體應(yīng)用中的存在問題及對策進(jìn)行綜述,以期為抗腫瘤新藥研發(fā)提供參考。

[Abstract]
Cordycepin is one of the main active constituent of the Chinese traditional medicine Cordyceps sinensis. Multiple biological activities of it have been found in past researches, such as anti-tumor, antiviral, and immunomodulation. In recent years, its anti-tumor mechanism has increasingly become a research hotspot, and it has been studied in various tumors such as lung cancer, liver cancer, and breast cancer. It was found that cordycepin inhibits tumor cell proliferation, migration and invasion through AMPK, PI3K/Akt, NF-κB and other signal pathways, and promotes tumor cell apoptosis. The molecular mechanism of cordycepin in different tumors, and the problems in its application and the countermeasures are reviewed, in order to provide a reference for research and development of new anticancer drugs.
