斑馬魚(yú)繁殖力強(qiáng)、體積小、易飼養(yǎng)、發(fā)育快速、胚胎透明,與人類(lèi)基因組同源性高,心臟結(jié)構(gòu)和功能與哺乳類(lèi)動(dòng)物高度相似?;诎唏R魚(yú)模型的藥物實(shí)驗(yàn)具有用藥量少、周期短、指標(biāo)易觀察等優(yōu)勢(shì),近年來(lái)斑馬魚(yú)模型在藥物心血管安全性評(píng)價(jià)和心臟保護(hù)活性篩選領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。結(jié)合課題組前期研究及國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),綜述斑馬魚(yú)心功能評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用進(jìn)展,以期為斑馬魚(yú)在心血管藥物安全性和活性評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用提供參考。

[Abstract]
As a model organism, zebrafish has many advantages such as high fecundity, small size, rapid development, transparency of embryos and high degree of genetic homology. Additionally, there is a high similarity of the heart structure and function between zebrafish and mammals. Recently, zebrafish has been widely used in the field of cardiovascular drug screening and cardioprotective activity tests, which is largely attributable to short period and low dosage of drug treatment. In this paper, we will review the progress of the heart function evaluation of zebrafish, based on the previous research and domestic and foreign literatures. In order to provide reference for the application of zebrafish in the evaluation of the cardiovascular safety and the activity of drugs.
