[摘要]
目的 探討桉檸蒎腸溶軟膠囊聯(lián)合哌拉西林他唑巴坦治療支氣管擴(kuò)張癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年2月—2019年3月吉林大學(xué)校醫(yī)院收治的90例支氣管擴(kuò)張癥患者作為研究對象,根據(jù)治療方案將患者分為對照組和觀察組,每組45例。對照組靜脈滴注注射用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦鈉,4.5 g加入250 mL生理鹽水中,1次/d。觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服桉檸蒎腸溶軟膠囊,0.3 g/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效和癥狀消失時(shí)間,同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后的血清白細(xì)胞介素-13(IL-13)、人巨噬細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、腫瘤細(xì)胞壞死因子(TNF-α)的水平。結(jié)果 治療后,觀察組的總有效率為95.56%,顯著高于對照組的80.00%,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,觀察組的退熱時(shí)間、止咳時(shí)間、肺啰音消失時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間均短于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的IL-13水平明顯升高,MCP-1、TNF-α水平明顯降低(P<0.05);治療后,觀察組的IL-13水平顯著高于對照組,MCP-1、TNF-α水平低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 桉檸蒎腸溶軟膠囊聯(lián)合哌拉西林他唑巴坦可提高支氣管擴(kuò)張癥的療效,有效促進(jìn)臨床癥狀體征恢復(fù),減輕炎癥反應(yīng),改善肺功能,且安全性良好。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules combined with piperacillin tazobactam in treatment of bronchiectasis. Methods A total of 90 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to Jilin University Hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects. According to the treatment plan, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for Injection, 4.5 g was added into 250 mL normal saline, once daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules on the basis of control group, 0.3 g/ time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated continuously for 10 days. Clinical efficacy and symptom disappearance time of two groups were observed. Serum levels of IL-13, MCP-1, and TNF-α before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the fever abatement time, cough relief time, lung rales disappearance time, and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-13 was significantly increased, while the levels of MCP-1 and TNF-α were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-13 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the levels of MCP-1 and TNF-α were lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules and piperacillin tazobactam can improve the efficacy of bronchiectasis, effectively promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and signs, reduce inflammatory response, and improve lung function, with good safety.
