目的 探討腫痛安膠囊聯(lián)合沙利度胺治療復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍的療效及其對免疫細(xì)胞的影響。方法 選取2019年5月—2020年12月綿陽市中心醫(yī)院收治的92例復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍患者作為研究對象，按照治療方法將患者分為對照組和觀察組，每組各46例。對照組口服沙利度胺片，50 mg/次，2次/d。觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服腫痛安膠囊，0.56 g/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效及臨床癥狀改善時間，同時比較兩組治療前后的視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分和免疫指標(biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組患者的總有效率為93.48%，對照組為78.26%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分均顯著降低（P<0.05），且觀察組VAS評分降低程度更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組的水腫消失時間、滲出消失時間、疼痛消失時間、潰瘍愈合時間均短于對照組低，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺、NK細(xì)胞均顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，觀察組CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺、NK細(xì)胞顯著高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腫痛安膠囊聯(lián)合沙利度胺可提高復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍的療效，進一步降低臨床癥狀和疼痛程度，改善免疫功能，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Zhongtongan Capsules combined with thalidomide in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effect on immune cells. Methods A total of 92 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in Mianyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Thalidomide Tablets, 50 mg/ time, twice daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Zhongtongan Capsules, 0.56 g/time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days. Clinical efficacy and improvement time of clinical symptoms in two groups were observed, and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and immune indexes were compared before and after treatment between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%, and that of the control group was 78.26%, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the degree of decrease in the observation group was more obvious (P < 0.05). After treatment, the edema disappearance time, exudation disappearance time, pain disappearance time, and ulcer healing time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After treatment, the CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺ and NK cells in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05); After treatment, CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺ and NK cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zhongtongan Capsules combined with thalidomide can improve the curative effect of recurrent oral ulcer, further reduce the clinical symptoms and pain degree, improve the immune function, and has good safety.
