為了解中藥淫羊藿的研究現(xiàn)狀、熱點(diǎn)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，為后續(xù)研究提供直觀便捷的數(shù)據(jù)參考依據(jù)和相關(guān)建議，收集2000—2020年萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)、中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）以及Web of Science（WOS）核心合集數(shù)據(jù)庫中淫羊藿相關(guān)的研究文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析。結(jié)果顯示，淫羊藿相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域年度發(fā)文量總體為波動(dòng)上升趨勢(shì)，年發(fā)文量相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。其中，中文文獻(xiàn)以淫羊藿苷為主的關(guān)于淫羊藿有效成分的提取測(cè)定、網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)研究及對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松癥等骨科疾病的治療研究為當(dāng)前淫羊藿相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的3大熱點(diǎn)研究方向；英文文獻(xiàn)以淫羊藿苷為主的關(guān)于淫羊藿有效成分黃酮類化合物的提取測(cè)定及對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松癥等疾病作用機(jī)制的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究可能為未來的研究方向。

In order to understand the research status, hot spots and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine Epimedii Folium, and provide intuitive and convenient data reference basis and related suggestions for follow-up studies, this paper comprehensively collects and conducts bibliometric analysis of Epimedii Folium related research literature in Wanfang data knowledge service platform, CNKI database and Web of Science (WOS) core collection database. The results showed that the annual number of publications in the field of Epimedii Folium related research was fluctuating upward trend, and the annual number was relatively stable. Although cooperation among different institutions has emerged, communication and cooperation among authors and teams are still scarce. Among them, the extraction and determination of active ingredients in icariin, network pharmacology and treatment of osteoporosis and other orthopedic diseases in Chinese literature are three hot research directions in the field of icariin. In the English literature, the extraction and determination of flavonoid compounds in the active ingredients of Epimedii Folium and the animal experimental study on the mechanism of action on osteoporosis and other diseases based on icariin may be the future research direction.
