含有丹參Salvia miltiorrhiza的中藥注射劑主要包括丹參注射液、丹參滴注液、注射用丹參（凍干）、注射用丹參多酚酸鹽和注射用丹參多酚酸。其在臨床應(yīng)用中存在配伍禁忌，如配伍后發(fā)生理化性質(zhì)的變化，與抗癌藥物進行配伍后會促進惡性腫瘤的轉(zhuǎn)移，與止血藥、雄激素、阿托品等藥物配伍會降低丹參類注射劑的療效，與抗凝藥配伍會導致出血現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生等。對5種丹參類注射劑配伍禁忌的相關(guān)文獻進行歸類總結(jié)，以期為該類注射劑在臨床中的合理應(yīng)用提供指導。

Traditional Chinese medicine injections containing Salvia miltiorrhiza mainly including Salvia miltiorrhiza Injection, Salvia miltiorrhiza Infusion Solution, Salvia miltiorrhiza Injection (freeze-dried), Salvia miltiorrhiza Polyphenol Acid for Injection and Salvianolic Acids for Injection. There are many incompatibility contraindications in clinical application, such as:physical and chemical properties change after incompatibility, incompatibility with anticancer drugs will promote the metastasis of malignant tumors; compatibility with hemostatic, androgen, atropine and other drugs can reduce the efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza preparation; compatibility with anticoagulants can cause bleeding. Relevant literatures on the incompatibility of five Salvia miltiorrhiza preparations are classified and summarized in order to provide guidance for the clinical application of these preparations.
