目的 探討注射用丹參多酚酸對急性缺血性腦卒中患者認(rèn)知功能與運動功能的影響。方法 前瞻性選擇2018年1月—2020年1月安陽市中醫(yī)院收治的92例急性缺血性腦卒中患者為研究對象，隨機分為對照組（n=46）與觀察組（n=46）。對照組患者根據(jù)其具體的情況采取溶栓、抗凝、抗血小板聚集、改善微循環(huán)、減輕腦水腫、降低顱內(nèi)壓、調(diào)控血壓、營養(yǎng)腦神經(jīng)等常規(guī)治療。觀察組患者在對照組常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上予以注射用丹參多酚酸0.13 g溶于0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 mL中靜脈滴注，1次/d，所有患者均治療2周。觀察比較兩組患者的臨床療效，治療前后的神經(jīng)功能缺損、認(rèn)知功能及運動功能評分變化情況。結(jié)果 觀察組總有效率為91.30%，明顯高于對照組的71.74%（P<0.05）。治療前觀察組與對照組神經(jīng)功能缺損、認(rèn)知功能及運動功能評分均無顯著性差異（P>0.05），治療后兩組神經(jīng)功能缺損評分及認(rèn)知功能、運動功能評分均較治療前明顯改善，且觀察組各評分改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率無顯著差異（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸治療急性缺血性腦卒中具有確切的臨床療效，且可有效改善患者的認(rèn)知功能與運動功能，安全性高，值得臨床上進一步推廣。

Objective To investigate the effects of Salvianolic Acids for Injection on cognitive and motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Total 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were prospectively selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group (n=46) and observation group (n=46). The patients in the control group were treated with thrombolysis, anticoagulation, antiplatelet aggregation, improving microcirculation, reducing brain edema, reducing intracranial pressure, regulating blood pressure, nourishing brain nerves and so on. On the basis of routine treatment in the control group, the patients in the observation group were injected with Salvianolic Acids for Injection 0.13 g dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL intravenously, once a day. All patients were treated for two weeks. The clinical efficacy, neurological deficit, cognitive function and motor function scores of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.30%, which was significantly higher than 71.74% in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of neurological deficit, cognitive function and motor function between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of neurological deficit, cognitive function and motor function in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement degree of each score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for Injection has definite clinical efficacy in treatment of acute ischemic stroke, and can effectively improve patients' cognitive function and motor function. It has high safety and is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
