目的 觀察注射用丹參多酚酸聯(lián)合針刺治療急性缺血性腦卒中的療效。方法 回顧性選取2018年11月—2019年9月安陽(yáng)市中醫(yī)院收治的急性缺血性腦卒中患者120例，根據(jù)治療方法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各60例，對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)藥物及針刺治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組的治療方案基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注注射用丹參多酚酸0.13 g（溶于0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 mL中），1次/d，療程為14 d。對(duì)比治療前后兩組美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）評(píng)分、日常生活能力（ADL）評(píng)分及中醫(yī)癥候評(píng)分等指標(biāo)，同時(shí)記錄治療過(guò)程中兩組應(yīng)患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療14 d后，觀察組總有效率83.3%，對(duì)照組總有效率66.7%，兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組的NIHSS評(píng)分、中醫(yī)癥候評(píng)分均較治療前顯著降低，ADL評(píng)分較治療前顯著提高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組在治療后的NIHSS評(píng)分、中醫(yī)癥候評(píng)分下降程度及ADL評(píng)分升高幅度均大于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸聯(lián)合針刺治療急性缺血性腦卒中療效確切，安全性高。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Salvianolic Acids for Injection combined with acupuncture in treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods Total 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively selected. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs and acupuncture. Patients in the observation group were intravenously injected with 0.13 g Salvianolic Acids for Injection on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group (dissolved in 250 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride injection), once a day for 14 days. The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and activities of daily living (ADL) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 14 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 83.3% in the observation group and 66.7% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the ADL score was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). The degree of decline of NIHSS score and TCM symptom score and the increase of ADL score in the observation group were greater than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for Injection combined with acupuncture is effective and safe in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
