目的 探究注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）治療慢性心力衰竭伴低血壓的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 回顧性選取2019年7月—2021年3月于泰山醫(yī)學(xué)院魯西醫(yī)院住院治療的80例慢性心力衰竭伴低血壓患者為研究對(duì)象，按照患者治療方法不同分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各40例，對(duì)照組針對(duì)原發(fā)性疾病進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）治療，5.2 g加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化鈉注射液500 mL中靜脈滴注，1次/d，連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組患者治療前后心功能指標(biāo)和血壓變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，觀察組總有效率為95%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的80%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）、舒張壓和收縮壓均升高，N端腦鈉肽前體（NT-proBNP）降低，兩組間治療后對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）治療慢性心力衰竭伴低血壓效果理想，患者血壓水平升高，心功能改善。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure with hypotension. Methods Total 80 patients with chronic heart failure and hypotension hospitalized in Luxi Hospital of Taishan Medical College from July 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research object. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment for primary diseases, and patients in the observation group were given Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection on the basis of the control group for treatment, 5.2 g was added with 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection 500 mL intravenously, once a day for 14 days. The clinical effects of two groups were observed, and the changes of cardiac function indexes and blood pressure were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, significantly higher than 80% of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), diastolic and systolic blood pressure increased, and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT proBNP) decreased. There was significant difference between two groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure with hypotension. The blood pressure level of patients increases and the cardiac function improves.
