麒麟丸是在“腎主生殖”理論上創(chuàng)立的治療不孕不育的經驗方，近年來的臨床研究表明其在治療女性不孕癥方面效果突出，可有效治療多囊卵巢綜合征、卵巢儲備功能減退、薄型子宮內膜等。筆者總結梳理相關文獻，綜述麒麟丸治療女性不孕癥的臨床研究進展，以期為其在女性不孕癥治療中的應用提供依據，同時為深入研究其作用機制和臨床合理用藥提供參考。

Qilin Pill is an empirical formula for the treatment of infertility created in the theory of "kidney-dominated reproduction". Clinical studies in recent years show that it has outstanding effects on the treatment of female infertility, and can effectively treat polycystic ovary syndrome, diminished ovarian reserve, thin endometrium and so on. The relevant literature were summarized and reviewed the clinical research progress of Qilin Pill in the treatment of female infertility, in order to provide the basis for its application in the treatment of female infertility, and provide reference for the in-depth study of its mechanism of action and clinical rational drug use.
