慢性鼻竇炎屬于中醫(yī)理論的“鼻淵”范疇，經(jīng)典名方與中成藥具有療效確切、不良反應(yīng)少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于該病的臨床治療中。通過梳理近10年來發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)，總結(jié)了常用的經(jīng)典名方（麻杏石甘湯、參苓白術(shù)散、龍膽瀉肝湯、千金葦莖湯、養(yǎng)陰清肺湯、托里消毒散、溫肺止流丹、黃芩滑石湯、補(bǔ)中益氣湯、清化飲）和臨床使用頻次較高的中成藥（鼻淵舒口服液、香菊膠囊、通竅鼻炎片、通竅鼻炎顆粒、鼻竇炎口服液、辛芩顆粒、蒼耳子鼻炎膠囊），在治療慢性鼻竇炎方面的特點(diǎn)與療效，為進(jìn)一步探索中醫(yī)藥治療慢性鼻竇炎的作用機(jī)制提供參考。

Chronic rhinosinusitis is belongs to the "Biyuan" of traditional Chinese medicine. classical famous prescription and Chinese patent medicine have thedefinite curative effect and few adverse reactions, and have been widely used in the clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis. the characteristics and efficacy of commonly used classical famous prescription (such as Maxing Shigan Decoction, Shenling Baizhu Powder, Longdan Xiegan Decoction, Qianjin Weijing Decoction, Yangyin Qingfei Decoction, and Tuoli Disuyu Powder, Wenfei Zhiliu Dan, Huangqin Taashi Decoction, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, Qinghuayin), and Chinese patent medicine with high clinical use (such as Biyuanshu Oral Liquid, Xiangju Capsule, Tongqiao Biyan Tablets, Tongqiao Biyan Granules, The characteristics and curative effects of nasal sinusitis oral liquid, Xinqin granule and Xanthium rhinosinusitis capsule) were summarized, in the treatment of chronic sinusitis by summarizing the literature in past ten years, in order to providing a reference for further exploration of the mechanism of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.
