為了解黃芩的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究熱點(diǎn)，為后續(xù)的研究提供直觀(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)參考依據(jù)和相關(guān)建議，檢索2000年1月1日—2022年6月30日萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（Wanfang Data）、中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CNKI）、維普生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（VIP）、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CBM）、Web of Science（WOS）數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及PubMed醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)檢索服務(wù)系統(tǒng)中關(guān)于黃芩的文獻(xiàn)，通過(guò)VOS viewer軟件呈現(xiàn)可視化圖譜進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析。結(jié)果顯示，22年來(lái)黃芩發(fā)文量呈波動(dòng)上升趨勢(shì)；中英文關(guān)鍵詞聚類(lèi)分析顯示，目前對(duì)黃芩的研究以化學(xué)成分、藥理作用、臨床應(yīng)用為主；關(guān)鍵詞疊加時(shí)間可視化圖譜顯示黃芩-黃連藥對(duì)治療2型糖尿病、黃芩治療新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-19）是有關(guān)黃芩的研究前沿內(nèi)容；網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)與分子對(duì)接技術(shù)是探究藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)的新方法。

In order to understand the research status and research hotspots of Scutellariae Radix, and provide intuitive data reference and related suggestions for subsequent research, the literature on Scutellariae Radix in Wanfang Database (Wanfang Data), China Academic Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), VIP Biomedical Database (VIP), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Web of Science (WOS) database and PubMed medical literature retrieval service system from January 1, 2000 to June 30, 2022 were searched. Bibliometric analysis was performed by presenting a visual map through VOS viewer software. The results showed that the number of published articles of Scutellariae Radix increased with fluctuation in 22 years. Cluster analysis of Chinese and English keywords showed that the current research on Scutellariae Radix was mainly based on chemical composition, pharmacological action and clinical application. The visualization map of keyword superposition time showed that the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by Scutellariae Radix-Coptidis Rhizoma drug pair and the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) by Scutellariae Radix were the research frontiers of Scutellariae Radix. Network pharmacology and molecular docking technology are new methods to explore the pharmacodynamic material basis.
