丹參Salvia miltiorrhiza作為臨床上常用的活血化瘀藥，其藥理作用廣泛，尤其在治療腦血管病上方面效果良好，其主要活性成分和制劑均具有良好的改善腦側(cè)支循環(huán)及促進(jìn)血管生成的藥理作用。通過(guò)對(duì)改善腦側(cè)支循環(huán)和血管生成的丹參活性成分（丹參素類(lèi)和丹參酮類(lèi)）和丹參類(lèi)制劑（丹參注射劑如注射用丹參多酚酸、注射用丹參多酚酸鹽、丹紅注射液及口服制劑如復(fù)方丹參滴丸、復(fù)方丹參片、復(fù)方丹參顆粒等）的藥理作用進(jìn)行綜述，為臨床合理用藥以及與側(cè)支循環(huán)和血管生成相關(guān)的腦血管病治療提供依據(jù)。
