制定和完善新疆維吾爾藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是維吾爾醫(yī)藥臨床用藥的安全性和有效性的重要保障，也是積極推進(jìn)維吾爾醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)傳承與創(chuàng)新的重要內(nèi)容。對(duì)國(guó)家藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和新疆地方藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所收載維吾爾藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)綜述，并對(duì)維吾爾藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂給出相關(guān)建議。進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)維吾爾藥材真?zhèn)舞b別、安全性和有效性評(píng)價(jià)研究，建議引入民族藥對(duì)照藥材作為重要質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)策略，有利于控制維吾爾藥材內(nèi)在質(zhì)量，健全完善新疆維吾爾藥材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，推動(dòng)維吾爾醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)邁向現(xiàn)代化和國(guó)際化，更好地保障公眾用藥安全有效。

It is very important to establish and improve the quality standards of Xinjiang Uygur medicinal materials in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical use of Uygur medicine and promote the inheritance and innovation of Uygur pharmaceutical industry. This review systematically summarized the research progress of the quality standard of Uygur medicinal materials in national and local drug standards. Some recommendations were advised to revise the quality standards of Uygur medicinal materials. In order to further strengthen the authenticity identification and evaluate the safety and efficiency of Uygur medicinal materials, the reference medicinal materials of ethnic drugs were introduced as an important quality control technique. It will be beneficial to control the internal quality and standard system of Uygur medicinal materials, promote the modernization and internationalization of Uygur pharmaceutical industry and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drugs used by the public.
