目的 系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)半夏瀉心湯對(duì)潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎療效、不良反應(yīng)及血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）的改善作用。方法 檢索中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CNKI）、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（Wanfang Data）、維普生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（VIP）、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CBM）、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中半夏瀉心湯治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)（RCT），檢索時(shí)限為建庫(kù)至 2022年 12月 31日，篩選文獻(xiàn)并提取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，使用 RevMan 5.4軟件進(jìn)行 Meta分析。結(jié)果 共納入10項(xiàng)RCTs，包括768例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示，半夏瀉心湯治療組療效更高［OR＝5.72，95%CI（3.50，9.36），P＜0.000 01］、血清TNF-α水平更低［SMD＝-2.09，95%CI（-3.33，-0.85），P＝0.001］，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率與對(duì)照組比較無(wú)明顯差異［OR＝0.38，95%CI（0.21，0.68），P＝0.23］。結(jié)論 半夏瀉心湯能有效治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎，安全性較好，但本研究納入研究的數(shù)量少，結(jié)論仍需更多高質(zhì)量、高級(jí)別的臨床研究進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy, adverse reactions and serum TNF-α of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods The randomized controlled trial of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treatment of ulcerative colitis in the Chinese Academic Journal Full Text Database (CNKI), Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases was searched, from foundation to December 31, 2022, and the literature was screened, the document quality was evaluated, and the Meta-analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.4 software. Results A total of 10 RCTs involving 768 patients were included. Meta-analysis results showed that treatment group of Banxia Xiexin Decoction had higher efficacy [OR=5.72, 95%CI ( 3.50, 9.36), P＜0.000 01 ], lower serum TNF-α [SMD=-2.09, 95%CI (-3.33,-0.85 ), P＝0.001]. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups [OR=0.38, 95%CI ( 0.21,0.68 ), P＝0.23]. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively treat ulcerative colitis. However, due to the small number of included studies the conclusion still needs more high-quality and high-level evidence-based evidence for further demonstration.
