目的 系統(tǒng)性評(píng)價(jià)復(fù)方丹參滴丸治療糖尿病合并無(wú)癥狀性心肌缺血的療效及安全性，為該藥實(shí)踐和決策于臨床提供循證依據(jù)。方法 計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CNKI）、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（Wanfang Data）、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CBM）、維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（VIP）、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science及Cochrane Library數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，檢索時(shí)限均為建庫(kù)至2022年11月，收集復(fù)方丹參滴丸聯(lián)用常規(guī)化學(xué)藥（試驗(yàn)組）對(duì)比常規(guī)化學(xué)藥（對(duì)照組）治療糖尿病合并無(wú)癥狀性心肌缺血的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)（RCT），采用 RevMan 5.3 軟件進(jìn)行 Meta 分析。結(jié)果 共納入 18 項(xiàng) RCTs，共計(jì) 1 530 例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示，復(fù)方丹參滴丸治療糖尿病合并無(wú)癥狀性心肌缺血的總有效率［RR=1.18，95%Cl（1.13，1.22）］試驗(yàn)組明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；試驗(yàn)組改善糖尿病合并無(wú)癥狀性心肌缺血血漿脂聯(lián)素（APN）水平［MD=2.65，95%Cl（2.22，3.08）］、同型半胱氨酸（HCY）水平［MD=-8.31，95%Cl（-8.84，-7.79）］、紅細(xì)胞（RBC）水平［MD=0.13，95%CI（0.11，0.15）］、白細(xì)胞（WBC）水平［MD=0.08，95%CI（0.01，0.16）］明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方丹參滴丸聯(lián)合常規(guī)藥物治療糖尿病合并無(wú)癥狀性心肌缺血的臨床療效較好，可改善HCY水平、APN水平、RBC水平及WBC水平，且具有良好的安全性。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and security of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated myocardial ischemia, so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical practice and decision-making.Methods CNKI, Wanfang Data, CBM, VIP, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library database were searched by computer to collect the randomized controlled trial (RCT) of combination of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills (trial group) and conventional western medicine (control group) in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia. The database was established from November 2022. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 18 RCTs with 1 530 patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia [RR = 1.18, 95%CI (1.13, 1.22)] was significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of plasma adiponectin (APN) [MD = 2.65, 95%CI (2.22, 3.08)], homocysteine (HCY) [MD = -8.31, 95%Cl (-8.84, -7.79)], red blood cell (RBC) [MD = 0.13, 95%CI (0.11, 0.15)] and white blood cell (WBC) [MD = 0.08, 95%CI (0.01, 0.16)] in diabetes mellitus complicated with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia group were improvedandwas significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with conventional drugs is effective in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia and can improve the levels of HCY, APN, RBC and WBC, and has good security.
