目的 系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)婦科千金膠囊聯(lián)合抗菌藥治療慢性宮頸炎的有效性和安全性。方法 計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中文學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CNKI）、維普中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（VIP）、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（Wanfang Data）、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（CBM）、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase和Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中婦科千金膠囊聯(lián)合抗菌藥治療慢性宮頸炎的臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)（RCT），檢索時(shí)間從各數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建庫(kù)至2023年1月。采用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)提供的RevMan 5.4軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果 共納入18項(xiàng)RCTs，共計(jì)1 946例患者（試驗(yàn)組972例、對(duì)照組974例）。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示，婦科千金膠囊聯(lián)合抗菌藥治療慢性宮頸炎的臨床總有效率明顯高于單獨(dú)使用抗菌藥［RR＝1.23，95% CI（1.18，1.27），P＜0.000 01］；白細(xì)胞介素-6水平［MD＝-2.60，95% CI（-3.32，-1.88）］、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）水平［MD＝-3.78，95% CI（-4.46，-3.09）］均明顯低于單獨(dú)使用抗菌藥（P＜0.000 01）；分泌物評(píng)分［MD＝-0.74，95% CI（-1.05，-0.43）］、宮頸病變?cè)u(píng)分［MD＝-0.89，95% CI（-1.07，-0.72）］均明顯低于單獨(dú)使用抗菌藥物（P＜0.000 01）；不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率與單獨(dú)使用抗菌藥物相比，組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義［RR＝0.78，95% CI（0.34，1.77），P＝0.55］。結(jié)論 婦科千金膠囊聯(lián)合抗菌藥物治療慢性宮頸炎的臨床療效較好，在血清學(xué)指標(biāo)、治療后評(píng)分方面也有較好表現(xiàn)，亞組分析認(rèn)為該結(jié)果穩(wěn)健。但納入文獻(xiàn)較少，其中血清學(xué)指標(biāo)、治療后評(píng)分結(jié)局指標(biāo)存在顯著異質(zhì)性，尚需要更多高質(zhì)量、大樣本、多中心RCT進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fuke Qianjin Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods CNKI, Wanfang Data, CBM, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, and Web of Science database were searched by computer to collect the randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Fuke Qianjin Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic cervicitis, the search deadline is from database establishment to January 2023. Meta-analysis performed by RevMan 5.4 software which is provided by Cochrane collaboration network. Results A total of 18 RCTs with 1 946 patients were included, 972 patients in trial group, and 974 patients in control group. The results of Meta-analysis showed that total effective rate of Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic cervicitis was significantly higher than that of antibiotics alone [RR = 1.23, 95%CI (1.18, 1.27), P < 0.000 01], IL-6 level [MD = -2.60, 95%CI (-3.32, -1.88)], hs-CRP level [MD = -3.78, 95%CI (-4.46, -3.09)] were significantly lower than that of antibiotics alone (P < 0.000 01). The secretion score [MD = -0.74, 95%CI (-1.05, -0.43)], cervical lesion score [MD = -0.89, 95%CI (-1.07, -0.72)] were significantly lower than that of antibiotics alone (P < 0.000 01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups compared with the use of antibiotics alone [RR = 0.78, 95%CI (0.34, 1.77), P = 0.55]. Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Capsule combined with antibiotics is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis, and it also has a good performance in serological index and symptom score after treatment. Subgroup analysis shows that the result is stable. However, there are few literatures, in which there is significant heterogeneity in serological index and symptom score outcome index after treatment, which may need more high-quality, large-sample, multicenter RCTs.
